Paintings, Drawings and Mixed Media

I’ve been drawing since I was little. My favorite subject in that medium is human figure. Painting came later, related to classes I took and better access to materials. My main interest in that medium is abstract and surrealist art. I started mixed media after moving to Chicago (I now live in San Francisco). I love incorporating different materials to my works, and I’m flexible in my approach. Some stories can be conveyed in one medium, but others need more. I don’t have a favorite theme in Mixed Media, but if I had to pick one it would be Surrealism.
